MakerFlo was founded by lifelong friends Marc Pendergraft and John Modi after years of hands-on experience inside the customization industry. Before building MakerFlo, Marc and John worked inside the same kinds of businesses they now serve — running personalization workflows, scaling ecommerce brands, managing production challenges, and helping fulfill high-volume custom product orders.

What started in garages and home workshops grew into something bigger: a company built by makers and operators who understood that the customization industry needed better products, better systems, and better support.
