Why Price Protection? 

If the price of an item you purchased on MakerFlo.com drops shortly after you buy it, our Price Protection Policy ensures you don’t miss out on the lower price.If the same item is discounted within 14 days of your purchase, you can request an in-store credit for the price difference.

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from MakerFlo.com.



Our Price Protection Policy 

How It Works → If an item you purchased on MakerFlo.com is listed at a lower price on our site within 14 days of your purchase, you may request an in-store credit for the price difference.  Submit the claim form on this page and we will respond within 3 business days.

Eligible Transactions → Price Protection applies to items purchased on MakerFlo.com if the price of the same item is reduced on MakerFlo.com within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Submission Window → Price Protection requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, and the lower price must occur within that same 14-day period.

Exclusions → Price Protection does not apply to:

    • BOGO or bundle promotions

    • Free gift with purchase promotions

    • Coupon code discounts

    • Purchases made using Flo Points

    • Pre-Tariff pricing

    • MakerFlo products purchased on Amazon or other third-party sellers are not eligible for price protection from makerflo.com
