Center Aligning Artwork on MakerTwist Tumblers

Perfectly align your artwork to your tumbler every time.

These instructions are for MakerFlo Tumblers with screw on lids including all MakerTwist™️ tumblers and handles. When followed correctly your artwork, lid and handle will be perfectly aligned to the tumbler every time. This method can be used to  align artwork for laser engraving, UV printing and UV DTF.

STEP 1 SECURE THE LID 

Ensure the lid is fully tightened until it naturally stops. Do not over-tighten.

STEP 2 SELECT YOUR CENTER POINT 

Use either the drinking spout or the finger tab on the lid as your center point alignment reference for engraving your artwork. These reference points are factory-aligned for consistent positioning.

STEP 3 POSITION YOUR ARTWORK

Center align your artwork to your selected center point - the drinking spout or finger tab. If you need to remove the lid during personalization, mark the tumbler accordingly. 

STEP 4 ENGRAVE & CLEAN 

Complete your engraving, then clean the tumbler using Dawn Powerwash® or LA's Totally Awesome® cleaner with a microfiber cloth. 

STEP 5 ADD THE MAKERTWIST HANDLE (IF PURCHASED) 

MakerTwist™ handles are engineered to install in the same position on compatible MakerTwist™️ tumblers every time — centered between the MakerTwist™️ tumbler's drinking spout and the finger tab. After cleaning the engraved tumbler, screw on the lid and handle until they naturally stop. Your handle, lid, and artwork will be perfectly aligned every time.
