Important Giveaway Information

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random and notified using the contact information provided during entry.

One Prize Per Person

Participants may only win one prize during this promotion.

If a participant wins a bonus giveaway, they will no longer be eligible to win additional prizes during this campaign.

If the Winner Cannot Attend

If the Grand Prize winner has already purchased travel arrangements or is otherwise unable to attend the conference before travel arrangements are booked by MakerFlo, the winner may elect to receive a $1,500 MakerFlo Gift Card in place of the travel package.

Hotel Accomodations

One room will be provided for 3 nights for August 26th to 28th, with checkout on August 29th.

Travel Booking Requirements

The Grand Prize winner must respond promptly and provide all information necessary to complete travel arrangements.

Failure to provide requested information within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

No Compensation After Booking

Once flights, accommodations, conference tickets, or other travel-related arrangements have been purchased or reserved by MakerFlo on behalf of the winner, the prize is considered accepted and finalized.

If the winner cancels, declines travel, misses travel dates, fails to attend, or is otherwise unable to participate after bookings have been completed, no cash, credit, reimbursement, gift card, substitute prize, or other compensation will be provided.

Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

Accommodation Availability

Travel arrangements must be completed within the deadlines provided by MakerFlo.

If accommodations, flights, or event-related reservations become unavailable due to the winner's delay in providing required information or completing the booking process, the prize may be forfeited and no alternative compensation will be provided.
