By submitting a return request through MakerFlo, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your tracking shows the item was delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undecorated, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

  • Purchases made on MakerFlo.com only

  • Purchases made through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy must be handled directly through the original platform for any return requests

Restocking Fee

  • All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong item

    • Unwanted items

  • No restocking fee will be applied if:

    • The item arrived damaged

    • The incorrect item was received

    • Manufacturing defect

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is inspected and approved.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    • MakerFlo can provide a pre-paid label and deduct the shipping costs from the refund, or customer can ship it with their own shipping method at their expense

    • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, MakerFlo will cover return shipping

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (when applicable)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be considered abandoned, with no refund issued.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales@makerflo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. You have within the 30 day timeframe to contact us.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

To request an exchange, contact us at sales@makerflo.com.

If you need a different item for any other reason, the fastest option is to return the original item (subject to restocking fees if applicable) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Please allow 3–5 business days after the return arrives at MakerFlo for an update.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement

  • You will receive an email from MakerFlo confirming the refund

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. 

  • Refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs
