Times & Temps

Sublimation Times & Temps

Oven 375 °F for 5-6 minutes. If laying tumblers in oven horizontally, rotate 180° halfway through baking, at about 3 minutes.

Press 365 °F for 40 seconds, then rotate and press for another 40 seconds

Use the temps & times above as a starting point and adjust as necessary. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your press or oven for both setting the temperature and timer and use with sublimation.

How sublimation works

The coating we apply to our sublimation tumblers absorbs sublimation ink when pressed or baked onto the tumbler using heat. The sublimation process creates a vibrant, pristine and completely smooth design on the tumbler or surface, unlike a decal, which may leave ridges around the ink.

What is the temperature for these cups?
Hey Rebecca, If you are using an oven we would recommend 375 for 6 minutes. If you are using a press we recommend 365 for 40 seconds then rotate and do another 40 with medium to light pressure. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
Are your tumblers made in the USA? I didn't understand the response
Hey Sam, No they are not made in the U.S. We are located in Chandler AZ so all of our items will ship from our warehouse in AZ to you.
